Our rhythm-based ride are the perfect escape from our busy lives. The music is loud, the lights are low and the energy is at an all-time high. The music will feed your soul and you'll be able to push yourself to your full potential!

EXPRESS SPIN
Don't have much time? Don't worry about it! We've added 30-minute classes to our schedule for our busy members.
The challenge is always there: crank up that tension and watch the magic happen!

BOOTCAMP
Our bootcamp is all about improving your strength and endurance. Your instructor will guide you through energizing circuits using weights + resistance bands designed to deliver a full body workout!

SPIN AND PUMP
Want to groove to the music on and off the bike? Come try a spin and pump class. You'll have 30 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of mat exercices with light weight equipment following the beat of the MUSIC!

STEP AEROBICS
Bringing back the 80's because it's fun! This class will bring a blast from the past and a big smile to your face. This cardio workout guarantees a great workout and fun. Bring your sneakers and let's step it up!

PILATES
Our most popular class and new addition to the schedule. This 45 minute class will elevate your bodyweight workout. Expect full body burn exercises with some added resistance. A must try at the studio.
